Credits associated to the CLIENT ATTITUDE® CERTIFICATION

The CLIENT ATTITUDE® Certification Process is implemented by La Petite Université® inc., the founding organization recognized by Emploi-Québec,
# 0028194. (with the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale.)

The CLIENT ATTITUDE® Certification is :

An expense eligible under Quebec’s Bill 90 promoting manpower training equal to 1% of total payroll expenditures.  

Accredited under #AFC-00141 by the Chambre de l’assurance de dommages (ChAD) in Quebec, Canada, an association regrouping more than 30,000 members.
The Attitude Client Certification counts towards 20 Continuing Education Credits (CEC), namely 16 CEC for “Administration” and 4 CEC in “Professional Development”.
More CEC’s can be accumulated when completing the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels of the certification program.

UFC
Accredited under # CSF02-04-0028 by the Chambre de la Sécurité Financière, an association regrouping in Quebec more than 29,000 professionals in personal and collective insurance, financial planning and mutual funds brokerage, investment contracts and scholarship plans.
The Attitude Client Certification counts towards 20 CEC in “General Matters”.

More CEC’s can be accumulated when completing the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels of the certification program.
