F.O.R.C.E.S Training and Coaching Program (Focus On Ressources - Creativity Enhancing System)

This program was specifically created for senior and management personnel in companies that are
CLIENT ATTITUDE® Certified and is yet another exclusive concept developed by a group of experts at La Petite Université®. The major principles outlined in this program are inspired from the latest management strategies and focus on highlighting and increasing the creativity of your human resources.

The program serves to increase the ability of all key players within the company to stimulate innovative thinking, boost team spirit and ensure that the workplace is place of achievement for everyone.

This “à la carte” program was developed to meet specific management training needs, as they are identified during CLIENT ATTITUDE® Certification workshops.

Individuals in positions of authority are thereby encouraged to participate to a greater extent in the process created by the CLIENT ATTITUDE® Certification and standardization process.

The program offers a wide choice of topics, for the purpose of completely adapting the certification contents to the specific context of individual companies and organizations, though all themes contribute to ease the emergence of individual and organizational leadership, exceed expectations and build solid and motivated teams members, conscious of their responsibilities and their performance output.
